2000, Mosaix Ventures offers a flexible and transparent approach to private and public company investing and oftentimes works as an extension to its limited partners in-house direct investment activities.
Our investment philosophy is defined by our desire to help build innovative companies with exceptional potential. We emphasize novel technologies and/or business models with the potential to be disruptive and establish sustainable businesses. And we seek management teams that share our sensitivity to capital efficiency and syndicate partners that represent patient capital.Our investment mandate includes:
- mid- to late-stage venture and growth equity investments in post proof-of-concept and commercial stage medical device and health care information technology/services companies
- public investments
in micro- and small-cap healthcare companies where a quasi-private equity orientation (defined by a longer-term
investment horizon and, where possible, active engagement) or a contrarian view can capitalize on transient pricing anomalies and generate superior
risk-adjusted
returns
